accueil rapide et efficace, personnel sympa mais hôtel vétuste avec forte odeur de cigarette dans une chambre sois disant non fumeur. Couvertures sales et l'état de l'immobilier à l'image de l'hôtel. Pour le coup hors de prix aux vues des prestations.

Arrived at night, front desk was extremely slow getting me a room, waited nearly 15 minutes when it should have been instant since it was booked online. While waiting for him to assign me a room, several cockroaches ran around at my feet while another guest was present he was more upset than I was at the time because he was attempting to get a cup of coffee. I was giving it the benefit of the doubt because it was late and I was tired. I finally got my room key after trying to understand the desk person who was nice but wouldn't speak loud enough for me to understand him. When getting ready for bed I noticed stains on the bedding but wasnt to bothered by this, I just attempted to get some rest. About an hour or so after laying in the bed I felt something crawling around at my feet so I swung off the covers to find a mouse and small traces of mouse poop at my feet. If it wasn't so late I would have taken off but I wasn't in no shape to drive after being in the road all day for my trip. Needless to say I won't recommend this hotel and specifically keep away from room 108 until they do something about their furry little friend.

While we were happy to know that the front desk staff was nice, it was displeasing to read that your experience did not meet your expectations. You stated that the various pests mentioned and the slow check-in process, along with the other highlighted issues hindered your stay. Please know that we work with a Pest Control company who regularly treats the property for pests, as is standard in the industry.
