So I ended up not being able to sleep that night The service of the customer service at the front counter was amazing she noticed we checked in very late she came down was taking care of us while we were waiting to come inside to check in there was a gentleman that walked up on us it was me and another woman at 2:00 in the morning it was not okay I was very alarmed and but took care of matters all night long that same person that walked up on me and two other males were trying actively during the evening to break into my card where I actually never slept I kept walking in and out of that room just to get them to go away from where I was I watched them consistently it was not a good feeling I probably wouldn't stay there again if I'm by myself late at night I'd stopped in we were there for about 3 hours

Pool was empty except sludge at bottom, hasn’t been filed obviously over a year. Bedding and towels stained and holes on all of it.

Rooms were as expected for what we paid. The customer service was absolutely amazing!

This was a very unkept hotel. Bugs and smoke smells in a smoke free room. They did change rooms for me but the new room was horrible as well. The TV did not work and the water in the tub would not turn off. I did not stay and asked for a refund.

Front desk lady acted like she hates her job, the owner was super nice though, our room had someone else’s dirty clothes behind the door in the bathroom

The stay was great. However checking in was horrible. Hotels.com took money from my account then I had to pay the hotel directly. So I paid twice. Still waiting on a refund from hotels.com
