Très bel hôtel, on y mange très bien et le personnel est aux petits soins pour les clients.

This resort is fabulous- real luxury one. The staff is absolutely nice great discreetly and friendly.

Great location, great service, good staffs and woe
Publié le 17 avr. 2022 sur HotelsGreat location very convenient near Airport and El Gouna. Quite isolated very safe and brand new. Keeping the maintenance at this stage will be a challenge. Good diversity of food with different restaurant. A special for the turquish and brazilian ones. Excellent service and awareness of staffs - some are underqualified but so much in the willingness of doing well that i forgive the small imperfections. With the exclusive villa the buttler service is amazing and so pratical. Ours was Abdulaziz an Uzbek with great experience of high end hospitality. He was amazing with us and i should definitely mention him in the review. Mido the photgrapher on site is also a good experience and great quality photos for nice souvenirs. Entertainment, sport, activities and musics was ok but not our priority. Excellent week excellent services good foods and nice swimming alternatives between pool private or common, and beach.
