The place is impressive. The best resort I have ever visited. Very clean, with many choices in food and drinks. What makes this place special is its people, a big thank you for the perfect hospitality to Mado, Jimmy, Cooper and Crush from animation team also Aziz from Housekeeping management team. Of course I'll be back next year.

Great hotel, staff was amazing they went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional.
Food was so delicious and so many varieties.
Zachariah the assistant front desk manager provided a great customer service, the chef on the grill station, the housekeeping manager,Adam in the restaurant and the beach team were so friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend and we will be back again.

Definitely a good hotel for families
Posted Feb. 17, 2023 on HotelsThe hotel was nice - rooms were basic but the amenities were good. I liked the variety of food available which always tasted fresh. Sometimes felt the food was similar between restaurants. The kids areas need more work and more things available as the play area is outdoors and very basic and some of the events are in the evening when kids are asleep.

Only one resturant had great food Mangal with chief Mohamad was amazing. All other resturants did not have great food. Front manager Shareef and staff were very nice.
