Was an amazing stay, the reception staff, the bar staff and beach staff were all amazing and so hospitable. Got an excellent chef too, the food was s o delicious.

I like to be honest here, there could have been more stars achieved if things would have been put right. I we t with a friend, we booked two chalets each (I am snoring). My friend got an upgrade next to the beach, even I paid for the rooms. If an upgrade, why only one person, we were also long ways apart. After long discussion, I got a room in the same complex. Room looked clean apart from a pubic hair in the shower unit which didn't disappear from that place the whole stay. My bed was only made by stretching the planet over the bed, underneath there was the still messed up bed linen with the sand on it as I felt when going to bed. So there could be some improvement. But these are minor things as I am holiday. The beach was live let, but was messed up by loud music almost none-stop, loud as in a club! If you come to relax, that's no place to stay, if you come for clubbing, you will be happy! I understand that most beaches have music, but it could be at a volume where people still can have conversations with each other. But what really annoyed me was that I was charged for two water bottles from the minibar, where I didn't touch the minibar at all! I also should have received daily two bottles of water of which one day I didn't receive it at all! When I told reception, they were strict I have to pay for these two bottles even I repeat I got told them that I have not used them! Seems like that reception believes staff more than guests! Otherwise I can't fault that place!
