We did not stay, the hotel did not correspond to the description in your website.
Thes manager was nice enough to apologize and suggested that we better go to another hotel,what we did.
He made it so that we could be refunded.
You should be more serious

Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsCheck in was ok, had one key that didn't work, another that did. Went back to the desk to try to reset the one. Both were attempted to be reset, still had one that worked and not as well, and the second still didn't.
We were told at check in that breakfast would start at 6 am, which was great because we were leaving at 7. We found out in the morning that on Sat breakfast didn't start until 7, we were disappointed.
Otherwise the room was good, clean, and comfy.
One other point, the shower was hard to pull up the plug to start it, took two hands, room 202.

Not sure how this hotel stays open. Pool and spa closed. Lobby was dark. Parking lot was full of construction materials but no sight of construction. Plaster missing in the bathroom. Dirt ring in tub was so bad I didn’t use the shower. No remote for tv. Candy bar wrapper in the floor right next to the bed. Huron needs a hotel that has some pride in their property. Will stay in Mitchell next time.

I had problems with 2 rooms. The first had a leaky sink, the pipe under the sink was not connected. (They were in the middle of a remodel). I told the staff and they quickly gave me another room. That one had a hole in the wall and smelled like smoke. The 3rd time I got a nice remodeled room and the stay was pleasant after that. They did take care of me quickly but it would have been nice not to lug around luggage going room to room 3 times, to find something acceptable.

It was ok, nothing special. They first tried to put me in a room that was already occupied.
