- stains on the carpet
- very dirty window
- very bad smell in the room
- missing a bulb in the bathroom light
- very noisy bathroom fan
- no diaper change station in lobby bathroom
- view on parking lot
- not at all worth the price

Hotel tres Bien situe

Sauf on a dut changer se chambre lair conditionner ne fonctiomnait pas
Parcontre la vue sura riviere etait tres apprecier et la beach qui est a 5 minute etais super nickel plate beach

Instead of being able to stay at this hotel I got a phone call about the loss of a family member. I let the hotel and hotels.com know what was going on. I was hoping the manager would have compassion enough to refund me. I was made aware by others the manager of this hotel could have made the choice to refund me as other hotels have done when a major family emergency has happened. This place was firm on no cancellations within a certain time frame under any circumstances. Told I did not cancel within 48 hours instead! Is sad and to treat someone going through this loss with no compassion. Definitely not a place that cares back to those who give them business. Wish I could have given a good review had this been handled different.
