Even with the internet crash they found is another place to stay and refunded our money for the night that just disappeared

Do yourself a big favor and pass on this hotel

We must've had the worst room in this hotel. It was dirty and we really didn't want to touch anything. The beds were comfortable- that is the only positive thing I have to say. The pool was gross- it looked like soap bubbles in the water- had it not been used for quite some time..? The breakfast was stale- it didn't help that we saw food out the night before- we ate at McDonalds across the street. The room was just gross- especially the bathroom. Dirty floor- no counter top, no place to put your clothes or towels. To top it off we killed 3 cockroaches in our room when we got up in the morning. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else!!! I wish we would have!!!!!

Great location away from the crowds

We were looking for someplace further out from Cedar Point to avoid higher costs and crowds. This place was perfect for our Friday evening into Sunday morning stay. I don’t think it was as updated or as clean as other top names hotels, but we had no complaints. We got what we paid for, a comfortable bed, hot shower, and place to relax away from the noise. Also, it’s only a ten minute drive to the mall and area by Great Wolf. We got our coffee and two dinners out that way.

Hotel seems out dated, bathroom sink is outside thrle bathroom in the door entrance. Looked like mold along the tub/wall in some spots and in the corner of the tub/wall. Hotel room had a smell that wasnt the best. I would stay somewhere else next time. Staff were very nice

Most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on. Even my young kids complained. Nice people though.
