Un complexe très familial, ultra équipé
Publié le 5 juill. 2015 sur HotelsDe passage pour une nuit en couple au Coral Spring Ressort, nous avons été agréablement surpris de découvrir qu'il ne s'agissait pas à proprement parlé d'un hôtel, mais d'un appartement, incluant une grande cuisine, une vaste salle à manger, une chambre et une salle de bain, un dressing et même un landry privatif.
Sont accessibles à tous une piscine intérieure (en panne) et extérieure, un court de tennis, une salle de sport assez complète et un jaccuzi.
Seul bémol : il s'agit d'un complexe très (trop ?) familial.
Les couples sans enfant sont donc vite 'agressés' par autant de bruit dans les lieux communs.
L'appartement était quant à lui très calme.

Cleaning fees added after total due!

The property looks good on the web site,but there is no maintenance, outside is in disrepair, all outside light fixtures are outdated and in awful condition, pool area needs attention, pool chairs were broken,pool deck concrete cracked and in need of repair, front of office water feature not working, parking garages dark and dirty,again,old and outdated light fixtures, talked to a manager,who said she just started 2 weeks ago,brought some of these problems to her attention, she was awesome, she had most of the pool chairs repaired, but we were leaving by the time they were repaired, she is probably going to be the saving grace for this property,now lets start with the unit,the bed was terrible, old mattress with a 2 inch foam mattress,no fitted sheet,dusty,had to go out and buy face cloths,found 2 in the unit,both were dirty and gross,shower floor looked like it was never cleaned, black mold on bottom of walls near floor,tv in living room didn't have regular cable,so you only could watch movies,you needed to go into the bedroom and lay on the bed to watch regular tv,which was a pain,especially when you wanted to watch the news and not wake up your partner,all in all,i would not recommend this property to anyone untill they fix all of the problems and update the property. This could be a nice place to stay if updated and the owners of the unit i stayed in and the property owners put some time and money in updates !!

I liked that the property was close to shopping and to national parks (Quail Creek Lake, Sand Hollow State Park, and Zion National Park)

Cute place
Publié le 13 août 2020 sur HotelsThe place is cute, enough space for a family. The cleaning procedures need a bit of an overhaul, the place needed to be wiped down by us. The counters were stained and had stuck on food. The bathroom needed additional attention when cleaned. The place needs some tlc overall. Things are looking worn and the couches were very stained and socks and trash left behind from the previous guest. The outdoor patio area is nice but not very private as the doors don’t lock and we had people walk through while we were there. Some of the outdoor lights did not work at night so it was a bit dark. Overall I would stay again just hope next time it’s better taken care of. The contactless check in is great. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool area were clean. Great location!

Quality place. Unfortunate that locals can access.
Publié le 5 avr. 2020 sur HotelsLoved Coral Springs! Quality place. I do wish there would've been tennis balls and or pickle balls, but that's minor. The only real issue was the locals had no problem coming in to enjoy the pool facilities. There were several of them. They were a bit creepy and inappropriate. It made me uncomfortable with my kids being in the same pool and I definitely wasn't going to let them go near the hot tub while they were in it. Would be nice if the main entrance had a security code specific for the paying patrons.

We loved having a private patio with a fireplace. It was nice having a washer and dryer. The beds were comfy and the pools were clean and close to the condos. Beautiful property!

Awesome Condo Rental (with hidden charges)
Publié le 6 déc. 2019 sur HotelsThis is a beautiful property! We had a three bedroom condo on the top floor. The view of the mountains and sunset was great! This is more of a condo rental than a hotel stay. There is no staff on site. Checking ourselves in and out without an elevator and two small kids was a bit tough. The room was wonderful, kitchen great, furnished beautifully, everything comfortable. I didn't realize there was a "cleaning" fee on top of the room fee, so look for that before booking. They also tried to charge the incorrect amount and I had to call them to have it corrected. Great stay, but watch the charges carefully. :)
