This 3 bedroom/ 2.5 bath townhome can accommodate up to 9 guests and up to 13 with the assistance of 2 air mattresses. A king bed, 43" UHD Samsung TV, private balcony with two chairs, and private bathroom in the master suite; a king bed and 55" UHD Samsung TV in the second bedroom; two twin bunk beds and a trundle in the third bedroom; and a queen sofa sleeper available in the living room. Battle each other on the X-Box One, have a family game night from the dozens of games provided, and have a delicious barbecue with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen!

Located in the brand new Zion Village Resort in Hurricane, this townhome has quick access to grocery shopping, restaurants, museums, emergency clinics, and is only 25 minutes from Zion National Park! Dine in at Lonny Boy's BBQ, let the kids run around at one of the local parks, and even go view a new release at the movie theater!

Great neighborhood of attached condos
Even though we had two connected walls and both of them were occupied, we heard absolutely nothing day or night. The house was clean and did not smell as this was the biggest concern for my wife. The management company was very quick and polite to communicate with. Their maintenance company even took out and brought in the garbage can on trash pick up day. The club house has a few games, kitchen, couches, bathrooms and a workout room. The pool was clean and perfect temperature for the 110 degree days we had. The lazy river was a hit with our 8 & 11 year old. Plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas.

Wonderful resort!
Our condo was beautiful and very accommodating. The place was nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable! The clubhouse was a hit for the kids, they had games and the pool was great to hang out after a full day of hiking at Zion. We loved that our condo was just a 5 min drive to the store and restaurants. The town wasn’t packed and hectic traffic like Saint George. About a 25 minute drive to Zion national park. If we are out west again, we would definitely come back. Thank you!

Great stay overall
Had a great time overall but their support was a bit slow to reply when the wifi did not work. Took about 15 hrs before they got back to me which was problematic given I WFH and was not able to given the issue. Luckily I was able to figure it out on my own by resetting the breaker box to reset the wifi router. The listing shows 2330 sq ft but the properly is only ~1800. So I feel that was a bit misleading, aside from that the property was comfortable for my family.

Great Location
Loved the location in relation to the parks, restaurants, etc. Close enough but away from the crowds. The house itself is spacious and well maintained. It has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The best part was the pool / lazy river! It is really a resort style pool, large hot tub and great for after a long day hiking.

Convenient Location
We stayed here for a mountain bike race. Property was clean and nicely appointed. This is a great place for families, but it is very busy. Pool was a mad house. Not really a place to relax, but it was great for what we needed.

House is great, except website says it sleeps 13. Notice on wall by front door says no more than 9 people. There are beds for 9. Couch is not a sofa bed, but is long enough to sleep on. 2 blow up mattresses -- queen and twin. Great for 9 people, pretty squished for 13.

Great Spot
The place was immaculate and felt comfortable, and it had everything needed to cook, clean, and relax. We spent the week in Zion and this was close enough that it made it possible while also still getting away from all of the tourists. There are plenty of great spot to hike locally as well. The neighborhood amenities/pool is a great spot to relax after a long day of hiking. We would definitely stay here again.

Zion Village Amazing
This place was beautiful! Very clean and had everything you need. Plenty of towels , pillows, beach towels, and everything you need to cook. We used the pool area twice. Very relaxing after our Zion hikes. Washer and dryer came in handy. We cooked on grill once. We ate at Lonny’s BBQ down the road. The ribs were amazing. Took about 35 min to drive to Zion. A must do! We went to St.George twice. Once for dinner at Angelica’s ( Mexican) very good. We also went to StAtion 2 Bar ( old fire station ). We also went for sunset another night. Go to Pioneer Park. It’s beautiful to watch the sunset ( very bright) and climb rocks. Thank you for allowing us ti stay and have a beautiful stay.

Great location!
It was a very nice property! We went to Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the Grand Canyon. This was centrally located which was perfect. Then we flew out of Las Vegas. We had breakfast at the Main St Cafe which was very good ( like home cooked meals), Edge of the World Brewery ( very good too) and the Pig's Ear which was very close and good (make a reservation). We had a great time!
