Staff was great! They were friendly and helpful. Room was not very clean. It needed vacuuming. The whole place needed a little love.

Last minute reservation

Nice stay for business or family!
Publié le 28 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWe slept well, it was quiet, breakfast lacks eggs for those who can't eat a lot of bread, but it's also more than just pastries and coffee, nice middle of the road. Beds were comfortable! Staff was great!

There was a terrible smell when you first walk into the facility. Was amplified terribly once we entered our room. No sooner did we walk in we walked back out. Hotel staff wouldn't even go into the room, nor offer a refund. Do NOT recommend this facility.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused but the lobby is swept and moped everyday with Fabuloso. The room you was given was our recently renovated room which has new paint, texture, platform beds and wooden floor instead of carpet. When you came to the front desk, the staff did go in the room and there was no terrible smell in the room. As for the refund, your reservation was a prepaid reservation and if you read the cancellation and refund policy, it clears says in the confirmation email, that is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
