It's more convenient for me. They layout is quite nice. Sadly the wifi is down.

I do not recommend this place at all. I booked in amd went to my room, upon entering the room it had a terrible smell and I knew I can't stay. I asked for a refund because of the smelly room but they would not give any, do not stay at this motel. The outside was very unkept and run down

We really liked this hotel. All the different Front Desk people were super friendly. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable and there was no noise from surrounding rooms. We will definitely stay there again.

Check in staff were awesome. We arrived early and both ladies were so helpful in checking us in before the scheduled time. Our room was clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Overall, a great experience. Definitely recommend.

What a difference from some of the hotels I stayed in before. This will definitely be my “go to” from now on!

Publié le 26 sept. 2024 sur HotelsFirst off, the name they use on Hotels.com was not displayed at all there. The rating was an 8.2 rating. Nope. Sure wasn't. No one spoke english. They could not take my payment on the property, I had to pay over the phone and verbally give my card number. After seeing the room, which was ok for the most part. I went to T.J. Maxx to buy sheets, pillows, blanket... I started getting bit by something, not bedbugs, but something that left big welts and itched like crazy. Thought Spider, I pulled bed back, there was a dead spider. The man from office came in and sprayed bug spray right at the head of the bed... I still got bit. Till I left. I would've changed hotels, but none were available in that area. When I came back from T.J. Maxx, there were 3 police officers arresting a lady in the parking lot..I don't recommend anyone staying there. Not safe really, there was no deadbolt lock on the door.

I had reservations rat Vento Hotel but when I arrived someone who didn’t speak English texted out that my room was given to someone else. They sent me to a different hotel that was had a bad smell, the carpet was heavily stained and felt damp. The towels and bedding had a damp feeling. The smoke alarm was removed from its base so we did not feel safe staying there. The screen on the window had a large rip in it. The bathtub and shower curtain was heavily stained so we were unable to use it.

I visit Hutchinson at this time every year. This trip we chose this hotel. When we checked in the only employee spoke no english at all and used a bad translation app on his phone. I had to input my own payment information into the phone to pay and was only able to do so thabks to my limited spanish ability as the app was in spanish and basic knowledge of what info was needed. Upon entering our room it smelled nice and clean. The beds were comfortable though better blankets would have been nice. When we entered the bathroom there was no toilet seat at all on the toilet. When we went to check out in the morning the office was closed and locked. There was no drop box for the keys. I called the hotel number and was sent to a voicemail. We had to be at our location by 8am so i placed our keys in our room and left a message to check out. Trying to add photo but cant for some reason.
