Lovely cottage!

A good spot to stay when exploring west Iceland.
Publié le 2 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was clean and maintained. The kitchen had most items needed for cooking, although a microwave would have been a good addition. The sauna was great, but the hot tub wasn't filled when we arrived and never was usable for the evening. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Publié le 19 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayIt was a great place to stay. We had an amazing time. We arrived and had dinner in the restaurant and it was the best dinner we had in Iceland. We will stay again!!

Everything was great except the Wi-Fi which was spotty and unreliable!

picturesque cottage
Publié le 5 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayI stayed here with my mother and brother on our way from Hvolsvöllur to the Westfjords and this quiet little cabin was an excellent place to stay along the way. The cabin is easily accessible from the parking but stands a little away from the main building and has pretty views of the river. We had a very comfortable stay with all the amenities we needed to make ourselves breakfast, although there is also one available for purchase in the restaurant.

Convenient to Glymur and picturesque location
Publié le 26 juin 2021 sur HomeAwayProperty is adjacent to a river with beautiful scenery. The staff is very friendly. The hot tub is shared (not part of the cottage). Easy access to Glymur. Cottage was clean and spacious.
