Belle adresse à Hvar

Belle adresse dans Hvar avec une équipe aux petits soins. Attention localisation à 10 bonnes minutes du centre/port et ça monte pas mal (escaliers ou pentes) Le complexe est très propre et les chambres bien équipées.

Positives and negatives. The room was great, plenty of room and amenities for our family of 4. Great outdoor space. Friendly and accommodating staff. Things I wish I knew: no restaurant onsite, only lobby area breakfast. No ‘deli’ or other food options available onsite, although indicated on the property details. Cooking meals is easy to do in the room. Hotel is noted as ‘12 minute walk’ from the port. It is almost a mile (1.6km) and uphill. Located in a residential area, little to do around the property. Have to travel back and forth from town via taxi or hotel van. Each way is €20.

We took a chance on a last-minute booking, and I have never been so pleased to walk into a hotel. From the staff to the accommodations, everything was absolutely top-notch. There was a 24 hour shuttle available for us, which was so nice when going out to dine and explore Hvar. The staff were also lovely and accommodating. They made you feel like you were more than welcome and did everything they could to make your stay as perfect as it could be. The size of the apartment was so large and so beautiful that the children of which there were four could, play hide and seek multiple times over and over. The quality of the room was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The mini bar was filled with full-size snacks and drinks And the prices were not much more than just buying it at the grocery store. We had some hours to kill in between our checkout time and our ferry time , They graciously let the children swim and we were able to hang out in their air-conditioned breakfast area until we wanted to leave. Bravo Teranea We will be back Dianea and Dolly ❤️

Terrible stay at Hvar

Hotels.com / Expedia needs to get their act together. They made me pay for a Penthouse as well as room with a partial sea view and I got neither the Penthouse nor the room with a view. The actual hotel said that their system showed no reference of the booking of that class even though I ended up paying a super high premium for it. On top of it, the air conditioning in the room was not working at all. The air conditioners were in but were not cooling the rooms. I better get a full refund for my stay as it was miserable, hot and sweaty.

Dear mr.MehulAs you ask from us to call technician what inspected the devices and found that they are 100% correct.They told us that user set the devices incorrectly, i.e. that one of the devices was set to a different function than the others (the others were on cooling).Aircondition is cooling great as we can see(it't Daikin aircondition).We agree that from your accomodation you can't see 100% sea coz of that we write partially sea wiev.Anyway , you should have just told us immediately when you found out that you are dissatisfied with the accommodation and we would have offered you better accommodation at no extra charge.
