Magnifique palace
Publié le 16 août 2021 sur Hotels Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans ce palace, il est magnifique. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Peut-être un peu léger pour l’eau dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner avec maître d’hôtel est juste incroyable. Aucune critique négative à faire. La vue sur la marina est magnifique. Nous recommandons ce palace.

Genuine 5* hotel. Location right on main plaza and waterfront. Fabulous views. Excellent service from reception, concierge, etc. Room small, especially for a hotel of this class, but elegant. (Had trouble getting it to be warm enough - seems to be set centrally). Insufficient surface areas (to put stuff). Main issue is parking - 5-10 minute walk from hotel (no cars can reach hotel), and transferring luggage. Had help from bellboy, on very late arrival, but it was still tough. On departure, had golf cart drive us to edge of town, and we brought car around to load luggage. Hotel public areas very elegant. Expensive but worth it.

Amazing stay with my wife at the hotel. Beautiful room, balcony overlooking sea view, friendly and helpful service. We could not ask for more

Staff was excellent! Everyone of them! They meet you at the ferry take your bags, Champagne when you get there. Breakfast was superb too.

Loved the hotel! Everything and everyone was amazing! The convenience of the hotel is excellent and every detail is perfect. Perhaps the only issue is the noise from outside (the restaurant next door has live music) which isnt ideal if you are trying to get to bed early. But highly recommend overall.

This hotel is amazing and beautiful. It is in the center of everything walking distance to the entire area. The staff treat everyone like Gold. They were very sweet, even offering water to all of my guest meeting in the lobby, half of which were not staying in the hotel. Wonderful place to stay I will be back again
