Good place to go on a snowy or rainy weekend, the kids loved it. Could be cleaner like the rugs in the hallways, baseboards in the room and bathroom and the surfaces/dressers.

We were given a single king bed room. We had reserved a double queen bedroom. Our girls had to sleep on cots. There was a dried up piece of pizza on the balcony, stains on the white bed comforter and the water glasses were not clean. The fridge didnt work, it was iced up and needed to be defrosted. They gave us a 30$ account credit and free water park passes. Our girls didnt enjoy the water park. More fitted for children 10 and under.

THIS WAS MY BIRTHDAY STAY....RIGHT FROM CHECK IN... LOST IN HALLWAYS A FEW TIMES, AS WERE OTHER GUEST. THE FIRST ROOM 3224 HAD A BUG UPON OPENING REFRIGERATOR DOOR AREA / CABINET. AT THAT POINT WE WERE HIGHLY DISAPOINTED. FRONT DESK TOOK COMPLAINT AND SWITHED US TO AN EVEN MORE UNFRIENDLY ROOM. DOOR TO ROOM 5108 SLAMS SHUT VERY LOUD. WALLS IN ROOMS ARE NOT SOUND-PROOF... WE HEARD PARTIES IN ROOMS ON EITHER SIDE OF OUR ROOM. BATHROOM WALLS HAVE NO SOUND-PROOFING AT ALL... WE HEARD EACH AND EVERY WORD SPOKEN NEXT DOOR TO US. INDOOR HOT TUB WAS A TOTAL DISAPOINTMENT, COLD AND NO PRESSURE IN BUBBLE JETS, WHAT A WASTE. OVERALL, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. WISH I COULD HAVE MY FUNDS RETURNED FOR THE ONLY VACATION BIRTHDAY I HAVE HAD IN QUITE SOME TIME AT 64 YEARS OLD AS OF 1-31-2025.

The television was glitchy the entire weekend, maintance person said it was probably due to the storm and nothing could be done. I felt this was false and there was an issue with the television, Also the air conditioning unit came with a remote that was difficult to use.

Wonderful resort! The restaurant (Land, Shark Bar and Grill) was fantastic! I was very surprised at the quality of the food! It came out hot fresh and was absolutely delicious! Will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

We use to go every year

When I got there I was a hour early check in they said they would do a pre check in then come back at 4. When back at 4 there was a huge line I had to stand in. When u got up they gave me a key and nothing else didn’t tell me anything till I asked where the room was. Then they said I would be charged 98.88 but I would get some back at checkout.We then got in room changed and went down to water park to find out tickets were separate not sure why no one told me this at pre check in. After buying tickets we went in and spent the whole time there. By the time we got up to room it was 8:20 there was no WiFi password in room and no info on food so I tried to call down and phone didn’t work so I called on my cell but no one answered good thing I had food packed for my kids. Next day I went down and checked out oh and went to water park with my kids. At check out they gave me nothing just took door key. I was charged the 98.88 never got anything back at check out. Then I was charged another 34.99 few days later. I have emailed twice and called a few times and have got no one. On top of it they had one extra thing for kids outside of water park cape codder had many little things. It was also December 22-23 and not one Christmas decoration was in the building or Christmas activities. They had advertise a Santa was at the waterpark when it was closed on Facebook, but why didn’t he come during I have gone the cape codder many times but I will say at this point this may be my last.

One thing about the resort I didn’t like that. It was very cold getting out from the waterpark to your room. It was very very cold in the hallways. Also, I didn’t like that. There was no bathtubs.
