In the past 3 years my family has stayed in 4 other hotels- Fairfield by Marriott was BY FAR THE BEST! The staff was amazing, kind and helpful. Rooms were so clean, beautiful, and quiet. Delicious breakfast. Loved the heated pool. Extra shout out to Tara, Eric and the nice woman at the front desk on Saturday evening. Morning breakfast staff were great too. We will be back!!

3 Day Family Vacation in Cape Cod
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsOverall, I would rate our 3 day experience at Fairfield inn Marriott in Hyannis a 4 Star rating. Our check in experience was great, no hassle. Rooms are fairly new , we had an 2 Queen Bed and clean as advertised. I rated them 4 star for cleanliness, as in our 2nd day, requested a room refresh only to come back in the evening & our room was still the same it was bfor we left in the morning. I notified front desk and was told that housekeeping person assigned to our room was knew and checked it off as it was cleaned for the day. Hotel management acknowledged & was apologetic. Wished there’ll be more supervision on thier side to counter check work of a new hire. Hope this is an eye opener for them. Also noticed thier AC vents in the bathroom full of accumulated dust which could be an eye sore and health hazard specially for guest with respiratory issues in the case of my wife who has asthma.
Regarding the Complimentary Breakfast, I would rate 3-4stars due to choices, still not up to par with Hampton Inn standards. They served same sausage for 2 of our 3 day stay. Wish theyll explore more on other choices.
Front desk, except for day of check in, they’re not too friendly or don’t even greet guests as u come in/ out of hotel.
Despite all these observations, I would still like to give Fairfield Inn another try once we visit Hyannis. They have a very nice location, next to Cape Cod Mall & 1-2 minute walk to a variety of restaurants. 2-3 minute drive to Whole Foods, Stop and Shop .
