The precious cape cod was quiet and had a sun porch that was just beautiful! We would definitely stay there again. It was an overall wonderful experience! Now, headed back to the mountains of South Carolina!

Great Family Cape Vacation Getaway!!
Publié le 11 août 2021 sur HomeAwayWe loved our stay at Jenny’s home!! It was the perfect house for our vacation needs! Very clean and had all of the amenities we needed. Great outdoor deck, the yard overlooked a beautiful pond. The yard has a fire pit that we used several times. Bikes, kayaks, beach chairs and a rolling cooler were all conveniently stored in the shed in the yard. The house had a lovely sunroom that we used a lot while we were there. It even has a gas stove that we used on a chilly night. The house was in a great location, 10 minute walk to Eugenia Fortes Beach where we spent every sunny day. The Kennedy Compound is on this beach which made it even more interesting. The house is also very close to the downtown area, grocery stores and the Hyline Ferries. Jenny was a great host, very communicative and accommodating. She answered all of our questions very promptly. Hope to book again next summer!!

Fantastic stay
Publié le 31 juill. 2021 sur HomeAwaySuch a nice vacation house, We all loved the charming touches and decor, plenty of places to sit and relax and enjoy the view—we made use of the bikes and kayaks too! Short walk to the beach—something for everyone!

Great fishing
Publié le 28 juill. 2021 sur HomeAwayGreat fishing in the pond behind the house. Wear boots- it’s a muddy mess actually getting in and especially out of the pond. The beach was lovely but not as close as expected and became very expensive to enter beaches as the beach badge was not available. It is my understanding that it is not the home owners fault and it’s an issue in the area currently- I do however think a proof of purchase for the badge likely would have allowed us on most beaches saving the $25 or $30 per car each trip. Over all it is a beautiful home.

Wonderful
Publié le 11 juill. 2021 sur HomeAwayThis house was perfect for the 8 of us (6 adults 2 kids) the living room and Sun room are great for gathering at night or in the morning .
We could have used another TV at times but the back yard and fire pit make up for that.
The location of this house is great ! Close to the down town and the beaches.!
The owner Jen was so nice and great, called me to make sure we were all set and then we spoke again before we left.
We all had a great time Lots of Laughs and fun vacation !
Cant wait to go back !

Great Getaway
Publié le 26 juin 2021 sur HomeAwayGood spot , close to the beaches and Main at. Bring your own cooler( couldn’t find the one listed) and beach chairs as the ones in the shed are broken. I would definitely rent this house again ! The house itself is a retreat
