Nestled on the cul-de-sac of a quiet dead-end private way in the very desirable South Hyannis, this haven provides a peaceful escape while being conveniently close to the Harbor and Historic Downtown Hyannis, about a mile away.
This Private Beach is truly an exceptional experience! Walk 150 steps to the private neighborhood path and find yourself on a picturesque soft sand beach with calm, warm ocean water. With summer water temperatures averaging 70 to 75 degrees, the Southside water here is comfortable for swimming well into fall months thanks to the Gulf Stream pushing warmer currents into this shallow area of Nantucket Sound that’s protected by Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket Islands.
Such a fun location for kayaking and paddle boarding! From May to October, take advantage of our provided Tandem Ocean Kayak and Stand-Up Paddleboard (both Only with Signed Waiver). When the wind is up, watch the colorful spectacle of windsurfers, kiteboarders, and sailboats go by. Soak in views of traveling ferries, Great Island, and Hyannis Port. Take leisurely walks along the water’s edge, exploring nearby Keyes Beach to the West or Kalmus Beach to the East.

Inside, the light-filled residence features newer appliances, thoughtful amenities, comfortable furniture and beds. Relax in the King primary bedroom complete with en suite full bath and an attached three season sunroom overlooking the lush backyard. The second bedroom also has a comfy King bed. The third bedroom has both a Queen and a Twin bed. There is also a second full bathroom, and a large private outdoor shower with dressing area to wash off after your fabulous days at the beach. Home comfortably sleeps 7 guests (plus 1 baby). We also provide Pack n’ Play and High Chair for Baby.
Outside, indulge in the spacious patios, perfect for alfresco dining or simply soaking up the sun in the private backyard. Fire up the Weber natural gas grill for a seaside barbecue feast. The storage garage is stocked with everything you need for beachside fun, including lawn games, sand toys, beach chairs, and beach buggy. Two driveways accommodate off-street parking for four cars.

The house is a short drive to Barnstable Municipal Airport, Hyannis Transportation Center, Cape Cod Hospital, and Cape Cod Mall. This great central location is conveniently close to all the amenities needed for an enjoyable vacation, yet secluded from the bustle of the Cape. Enjoy Hyannis Harbor, Artist Shanties, Downtown Hyannis Shopping and Fine Dining Restaurants, Hyannis Golf Club, Olde Barnstable Golf Club, John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum, Cape Cod Maritime Museum, John F. Kennedy Memorial, Korean War Memorial, Veteran’s Beach Playground, Cape Cod Symphony, Cape Cod Melody Tent, and watch nearby Hyannis Harbor Hawks Cape Cod Baseball League games. - Signed Lease Agreement due within 48 hours of booking

- No smoking, No vaping, anywhere inside, outside on or near Premises or Private Beach
- No pets of any kind allowed anywhere inside/outside Premises or Private Beach, we are highly allergic
- No weddings, events, parties, receptions, or gatherings on Premises or Private Beach
- No campers, RVs, trailers, tents, boats, pools, or camping on Premises or Private Beach
- No fireworks, No candles, No fires, No open flame of any kind in, on, or near Premises or Private Beach
- No illegal substances allowed on Premises or Private Beach
- Do NOT engage in any illegal activities anywhere on Premises or Private Beach
- Fireplace NOT available for use June to end of September
- Adult Supervision of children Required at ALL times - we welcome children but house is Not childproof
- Good Neighbor Policy: Please respect that this is a quiet neighborhood and there should not be loud noises 10 pm - 8am
- Use of Kayak and Stand-Up Paddleboard is at your Own Risk and Only with Signed Waiver
- Swimming is at your Own Risk
- Use of Property, Amenities, and Private Beach is at Own Risk
- Any damages, breakages, unexpected property issues must be reported in an immediate timely fashion
- No commercial photography or filming permitted on Premises
- Maximum rental period is 3 weeks
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Please request copy of lease agreement for additional information and policies.
- *No booking is final until Owner receives signed Lease Agreement and forms along with first half of rental fee. The second half of rental fee is due 90 days before arrival.
-All guests must read, complete, sign, and return the Lease Agreement. A countersigned copy will be provided for your records.
-Security/damage deposit is managed by VRBO.*
- Security camera recording devices/ video monitoring system located on front and driveway areas of house for the protection, safety, and integrity of our property, and are Only used for security purposes. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our guests.
- As per Town of Barnstable and Commonwealth of Massachusetts state laws, all rentals of 31 days or less are charged state and local short-term accommodations/lodging taxes- Barnstable rate is 14.45%
- We do NOT rent or advertise on C-r-a-i-g-s-l-i-s-t or F-a-c-e-b-o-o-k.
- Failure to comply with any of the Rules and Policies listed on our website and/or Lease Agreement may result in cancellation, immediate removal from the premises, additional penalties to be imposed, and forfeiture of rental amount, security/damage deposit, and other fees.
