You come to the Cape for the beach … so why not stay just steps away? This charming two bedroom one bath cottage on a quiet cul-de-sac is just steps from Keyes Memorial Beach. It sleeps up to 6 on 1 king, 2 twins and 1 queen pull-out sleeper sofa. The perfect location for enjoying the beach, shopping, dining, or simply getting some rest and relaxation.

Upon entry, the first thing you'll notice is the cathedral ceiling which opens up the bright airy living space where we have carried the feel if the Cape into and throughout the cottage. The Jack & Jill bathroom can be accessed from either bedroom and towels and linens are provided.

The fully equipped kitchen makes home meal preparation practical, efficient, and affordable. Whether grabbing a quick bowl of cereal for breakfast at the kitchen table, or enjoying steaks grilled to perfection on your own private patio, this cottage will be your vacation home away from home. For those who prefer fine dining, the restaurants and activities of historic downtown Hyannis are just a mile away.

Centrally situated on Cape Cod it is ideal for day trips anywhere on the Cape all the way up to Provincetown. The Ferries to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket are also close by.

This vacation home has many extras from an in-ground heated pool (seasonal), to WiFi to help you stay connected, and a dedicated parking space.

Loved the rental. Perfect setting, loved being able to walk 2 minutes and be on the beach! So much nicer than a hotel room, very clean and comfortable for the four of us. Steve was a very kind and helpful host!

A quick getaway to the Cape... No traffic (off season).... Beautiful little beach just steps out the door .. quaint cottage with everything you need... Great drives to see the towns and find lighthouses... Perfect!

This beautiful property has an amazing view of the water. The beach is two minutes away on foot and there were multiple places to eat, even out of season. The house was neat and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone!

Perfect cottage!
The cottage was immaculate. The King bed was very comfortable. The perfect place for a couple to spend a vacation. Steve was very attentive and checked in with us via email and text to make sure we were comfortable. We will definitely rent the cottage again. Location was perfect. This cottage was perfect for me, my husband, and two adult daughters. It is exactly as advertised and the owner is very communicative and helpful recommending local restaurants, etc. We definitely would stay here again if we travel to the Cape. The beach is very close and we could see the water from the cottage. Great location!

Perfect off season getaway
I spent the weekend in this adorable cottage after waking up in 5 different states 5 days in a row for a work trip. The location is perfect and the sunrise and sunsets from the beach were some of the most vibrant and colorful I have ever seen. I’m sure this is an amazing place to vacation in the summer but the quiet and solitude of November was its own treasure. And I was able to visit Walden Pond on my way to Boston Airport—-just a quick 30 minute detour and well worth the visit.

Cape-moon-Cod!
Where to begin! The cottage could not have been more perfect and romantic! Such a great location and beautiful area! You really are just steps away from the beach (which we walked to) AND can see and hear the water from the front patio. It was just tranquil, relaxing, and perfect for our Honeymoon! You are close to just about everything and our last day we went to Chatham, which was only a little over a half hour drive. We did some sight seeing, visited lighthouses, saw a glass blowing demonstration, the JFK museum, visited Bass Hole (A MUST!), Scargo Tower (also A MUST!) and of course did some shopping and eating out! It was hard to leave! The host, Steve, couldn't have been more kind and was easy to reach with any questions (it was our first Vrbo stay). We are already planning to come back in the spring and using Steve again! Thank you so much!

We enjoyed our stay at this cute cottage. It was clean and comfortable, with extra blankets for the chilly nights. It was nicely located to accommodate our beach hopping and to explore the many quaint towns and villages on the Cape. One drawback was the TV was a bit frustrating to use.

Cute beach cottage in great location
This perfectly formed little cottage is immaculately decorated and is bigger than it appears in the listing. It is perfectly located for access to the beach, Hyannis main street and ferries, and is right in the middle of the Cape for access to all that it offers. Steve was super responsive and the check in process was seamless. Would definitely stay again.

Nice little place
This was perfect for us as we needed a place to stay for a short notice family emergency. I wish we had a chance to stay longer, but if we should have an opportunity to come up for an actual vacation, will definitely try to stay here.

Great little cottage
First off, the owner Steve was very responsive and helpful. Cottage was exactly as pictured and 2-3 houses away from the beach. There were only two of us so the small quarters worked but could be challenging with more people since there is only one bath. We didn't pay attention to the listing details and we were not aware that there wasn't a washer or dryer so we took a trip to the laundromat nearby. Great view of the water from the patio. Weather was not the best when we visited so we did not use the beach other than for walks but it would be a great option to have that so close. You can almost walk to Hyannis port for ferries to the islands - very close. The cottage is centrally located in the Cape so easy access to other towns. Great stay and trip for us. Thank you Steve.

Perfect little cottage
We enjoyed everything about our stay at this cottage. So cozy and comfortable We found everything we needed . Even found beach chairs. Host was so nice to communicate with. If you’re looking for a charming cottage in a great location this is it! The only thing we wanted that was not there was a couple of wine glasses.

We had a wonderful week in the perfect property, the cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The location made it very easy to walk to the high street or down to the beach. Steven was very helpful giving some suggestions of places to visit. We would love to go back again.

This tiny little house was perfect! Access to both a pool and the beach, each exactly a 2 minute walk from the house. You can access downtown Hyannis in a 15 min walk or by car in just 5 minutes. This was the perfect llounging locations! Highly recrecommend!

Best of the best
This was our first time in Hyannis, but not our first time on the Cape. We chose this rental based on the positive reviews and we were so pleased with our choice. Communication with owner, cleanliness of property, proximity to town (.8 mile!) proximity to beach (about 250 steps!), pool (with lifeguard!) for residents of association…we have already planned a return trip! I had a couple questions during my stay and the owner got back to me within minutes, always. Air conditioning units in bedrooms kept us comfortable at night and the ceiling fan in the living space was a nice addition (it was a hot week in Hyannis!). The king bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable (memory foam, I think), and the kids were comfy too. We walked into town a few times, which is totally doable with kids esp since there’s a great ice cream shop on the main drag to keep them motivated. Having a very functional kitchen was also great; we cooked on the stove, grilled, made sandwiches… Really a fantastic week, so glad we discovered this little sliver of CC paradise.

Cozy beachside cottage over July 4th
Steve was very responsive and helpful throughout the trip. The house was the perfect location to the beach and well located to other Cape Cod destinations. We spent a week there with our family of 4, including two small children. Space felt a little “cozy” at times, aka small, but it was very functional and just pushed the kids to play outdoors. House was well stocked with beach chairs and kitchen needs, but bring your own beach towels, umbrella, and some other simple toiletries. We had to make a laundry run mid week, there is a laundromat about a mile away that was convenient. The community pool was perfect for small children, 3 to 5’ deep. We enjoyed this little gem and the town of Hyannis.
