Très bien situé, près de la mer. Coin tranquille. Terrasse sur le toit. Toutefois, il a fallu demander pour faire changer les serviettes et du café pour la durée de notre séjour.

Manager Amanda was very helpful and attentive. Would stay again. Old but clean and near beach, ferry and nice dining.

Cape getaway. Close to beach.

This property is a 3-minute walk to the Keyes Memorial beach. There is a sunning deck on the roof which was nice. It is close to Hyannis Main St. for restaurants and shops. I do not consider it to be a studio cottage. I was in room 2 and it was a small bedroom with a bathroom. It also has a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The room had a small TV with Roku smart apps but no local channels. I like watching local weather and the news when on vacation. It needs updating but was a cozy room and the bed was comfortable. The owner and his sister were very helpful when I accidentally locked my key in the room. The only real complaint I have was the excessive room cleaning fee. I never had anyone come to the door to even ask if the room needed cleaning or towels. I was informed that the new owner had just bought the place and was still in the process of getting everything in order, so I do not expect everything to be perfect. Overall I enjoyed myself and would return again in the future.

Nice Stay

Publié le 25 août 2021 sur HomeAway
Overall, this property was a nice little spot in a great location. If you are looking to be in downtown Hyannis or catch the Hy-Line ferries, it's about a 20 minute walk (we didn't think this was bad). It is only a 1-2 minute walk to the beach which was fantastic. This property is definitely small, and decor is a bit outdated, but all we needed was a bed to sleep in since we were outside so much, so it did it's job. I will say the listing was a bit misleading. When searching, it said that this was a studio cottage. Going off of that, we were assuming we would have a small stand alone cottage, not attached to anything else. When we arrived late at night, we thought we were given the wrong address. This is part of a hotel called the Sea Breeze Inn. Nowhere on the listing does it say this, so we freaked out a bit thinking we were in the complete wrong place. After looking around, locating the door around the corner of the hotel that led to our room, and finding the key, we were in. This really confused us, but overall it was a fine stay.
