Cute place, some outdated things

a few things that could be fixed: mold on shower curtain in master bedroom, downstairs AC had nonfunctioning temperature lower button, AC filter upstairs needed cleaning, 4 bathroom adult size towels plus one very small one (increase the number of newer towels).
host never replied to email but was ultimately responsive after a few texts and calls

Nice place, we really enjoyed our stay. Great location, well maintained and owner was easy to communicate with. The only thing that was wrong is that the grill didn't have propane and was very dirty. With that said we would stay there again.

Publié le 14 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayHouse is good but needs to be cleaned better. A deep clean needs to happen. There were few towels and some smelled like mildew. No towels for guest bathroom. No detergent to run dishwasher. There was no working exterior light where the entrance door was. There was only one water glass in the kitchen. Needs many more. The exterior picture was taken several years ago as the vegetation is very over grown.

Hi Melissa, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We do our best to keep the outdoor area looking nice. The listing pictures were taken during a different season and there are seasonal flowers that come out and then later go dormant when the seasons change. However, we do have plans for a landscape team to make some changes in the off-season. - Based on your feedback, we have had the home deep cleaned since your stay. We do use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. We have also purchased new towels for our future guests.- We wish you had contacted the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed addressing. We would have done everything we could to resolve your concerns immediately so that you could enjoy the home. - We checked and didn’t see that any of the cups were missing. As is standard for vacation rentals, the homeowner provides a starter supply of essentials for guests’ convenience. - Guests may have to purchase additional supplies, especially for longer stays or larger groups. We will also add more dish detergent for our guests' use. We apologize for the inconvenience.- Your feedback assists us in understanding our guests' perspectives and improving wherever possible. Water on floor from air conditioner. Huge stain in upstairs master bath. Dead flying ants in downstairs bedroom. Spider found in sheets in downstairs bedroom on 2nd night.

Great location
Publié le 20 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayClose to everything. Large house. Very clean. A lot of added special touches: coffee, spices, soaps, shampoo, bikes, games etc. Fast response from owner when internet modem broke and company came to fix. Can’t wait to rent again! We loved it so much.
