Arrangement and hotel space was very interesting nevertheless food preparation.

Some staff at the reception were cordial but some were not. The overall condition of the apartment is poor. I will not suggest this to my friends.

A pleasant stay in a kind environment
Publié le 14 mars 2016 sur HotelsI enjoyed my stay at At Home hotel. The best thing about it was staff. They were very kind and always willing to help.
As a suggestion it would be best if they add more options to their breakfast menu. Not very suitable for my taste, as we usually do not have spicy food for breakfast.
In total, good for a business stay and value for money.

A service Apartment, with not so good service

Contre : The bathrooms need to be improved, the taps are leaky, the WC is not cleaned properly, its not enough to put the sanitized label.
My first impression was the reception, it was rather noisy when I entered the premises. I don't appreciate the fact that the hotel staff is impressed in conversation among themselves while I am waiting to be checked in.
The room boys were not very responsive, it was hard to communicate with them ( I think there was a language barrier, don't blame the room boys).
The room was decent for a night's stay. Good bed linen, the air-conditioning was good, the overall ambiance was good. The bathroom was not up to the mark, because it was not clean and not maintained well. The taps were leaky and the WC was not cleaned properly, its not enough to stick the sanitized label without sanitizing.
The food was atrocious to say the least. For someone going on a business trip, its the least one would expect, the food to be good. I was very disappointed at the quality of the food.

Pour : Cleanliness. New furniture. Getting hired transport is very easy as they have good tie up.
Contre : At reception they should accept guests thru Expedia little more positively. They appears more happy with direct customers.
Emplacement : Located at Gachibaoli. There are sight seeing places at Hyderabad for which Hyderabad hotels are better. This hotel is for business to Tech city.
New facility. More of a serviced accommodation than Hotel. The hotel situated inside a residential complex surrounded by other apartments. Except for common eating place and Gym do not have any other entertainment. No big lobby or restaurant / bar is there where you can spend time. Nothing to do once you are inside hotel. Service is good. Staffs are ok.
