My experience with property is pretty bad since the check-in process. They couldn’t even find my reservation. Next room is not worth of the money i paid. Service is horrible, elevators dont work. The wait time elevators is very high. Requested additional towel, never delivered to room. Horrible experience until checkout. Told check out waited fir porter for 15 mins, never showed, i dragged all my bags. Checkout is another horrible story. Never ever i will stay here or recommend anyone.

Not really 4 star hotel

Loved our stay. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Great breakfast. Comfortable bedding. Highly recommend the stay.

Don't stay here if you plan on sleeping. I've booked this hotel on a stop over for a single night. The reviews were good but trust me, the reviews are wrong. The hotel has a giant reception hall at the lobby and if they booked a wedding that night, please forget about sleeping well. The entire hotel will shake and rattle from the loud music and drum groups. I don't blame the couple of course. They have booked a place to celebrate and they should do so with full force. I do blame the hotel, for not taking care of sound isolation. When I checked in I've asked for the top floor so I can get some zees, and the reception promised me the sound does not sip into the hotel floors. That was a lie. I'm not a light sleeper and I even had ear plugs that night, but I couldn't sleep.
