Hotel in a crowded area
Publié le 28 août 2024 sur HotelsCheck-in was quick, but the room door was wide open. Team needs to check everything in order and re-do the cleaning before checking-in again, it is quite messy

We had a shocking experience : on arrival we were informed that there is no room available for our reservation and that we will be shifted to Westin (another Marriott property nearby) . We were told that existing guest decided to over stay and that’s why our reserved room is not available. Obviously we were shocked and upset but whatever is the reason to why it happened only thing we can appreciate is the quickness is arranging our alternative stay and transport. Westin seem like a bigger better hotel.

Excellent Choice !

It was a pleasant stay! I thought of staying here for two days only but ended up with one week. Reception was great experience! I asked the lady to complete check in process with in 5min because of some outside appointment and she did everything in a minute. Overall very nice experience!
