Entretien discutable.
Publié le 1 déc. 2015 sur ExpediaLes chambres ne sont pas bien entretenues, mais le personnel est serviable. Le petit-déjeuner léger sans possibilité d'ajouter de supplément (comme un simple oeuf au plat).

Spacious rooms but need upgrades

While the hotel rooms had very comfortable beds, the rooms need some serious refurbishment specially to the woodwork in the rooms and the toilets and showers etc in the rooms.The free breakfast mentioned on the Hotels.com site is absolute lies as the hotel does not offer it with this package (superior room). When I decided to pay for the breakfast and went for the same, every item of food was absolutely cold even though I was the first breakfast customer. Walked out from breakfast in 2 mins. The lunch buffet though was quite good.

Hotel has Many "Positives" in Hyderabad

Pour : Location, Lovely plants and artwork, Mostly very friendly Staff, Good Breakfast.
Contre : Pool is too cold to swim in, No bar or restaurant after breakfast - should take that off Web site
Emplacement : Rickshaws readily available to take to many sites. Easy walking distance to several nice restaurants and shopping.
With a good room rate, we took a chance on staying here, even though all the Reviews weren't that positive and are happy that we did so, and extended our stay by another week. Management have tried hard to be helpful, had us move rooms when the wi-fi wasn't working well in first room. Breakfast is pretty good - and the location is good for getting rickshaws easily to many sites. Lovely plants and artwork all around the Hotel.

Check-In Experience was Terrible

Contre : Get better English speaking staff
I had booked this hotel for my In-Laws. Upon their arrival they were told there is no record of such a reservation. Then I had to get on the phone with the staff to explain that the booking is via Expedia and had to forward an email just to prove that there is a valid reservation. The person at the front desk did not speak proper English and we went back and forth on this for a while.

Room Service is very very poor

Hotel luminous one continent-OK but you can improv
