Room service to be improved. Takes more time. I deposited key at reception to get the room cleaned. But room was not cleaned till my return in the late evening.rest all fine.

Excellent dining on rooftop and lobby cafe. Staff is very accommodating, even arranged for me to have a last-minute early morning breakfast (with coffee!) when checking out to go to the airport. Great hospitality.

WORST...STAY AWAY FRO THIS HOTEL..

WORST STAY .. 4 STAR ?? NO WAY ... I have a copy of all the ameniteis but nothing was provided. There were pictures of pool, but when checked in...they said its under maintenance.. then why would I pay around 10000 rupees for two nights? No iron board to iron my shirt.when asked..they said it will be on request..but that was no where mentioned... like how they mentioned (roll away bed on request) what kinf of logic is this??? No slippers provided... Refrigerator is there but not working.. all my food got spoiled.While checking out they were asking for id proofs....I questioned..but they said..it was their mistake.. like this..how many mistakes they do??? WORST WORST.. Coming to breakfast.this is really good. But I will never recommend close to 5 thousand rupees per night and only breakfast wil be good ..rest all horrible..

Lack of 5 star services.....

I booked this room assuming it would provide 5 star service,but i feel the reviews were not genuine, the bed in the room gave noisy sounds and it was pretty uncomfortable to sleep.I asked for king bed and they gave me2 twin beds which was not at all fine. I am even surprised how the hotel was treated as 5 star

There is need to improve quality of stand room for the price paid..especially the mattress is not good and makes noise when rolls on it.. Overall i am good with the stay.
