Cold shower in the morning. Should not take 5 hours to get a new room. Electrical outlets deficient in both rooms, dangerous. Excellent breakfast.

Problem with speaking with language. Security staff is speaking Hindi only either they need speak in English and local language to understand.and even they are not calling who knows English speaking.
