Not great value for the price

Location is crowded , near station and noisy. Window blinds could not be raised - nor would you like to given the view which will get worse once the metro starts. running. Breakfast is only vegetarian - perhaps the only hotel where eggs were not on the buffet ! Service in the restaurant was generally poor. Hotels.com confirmation was not available with them in advance - I had to mail it to them for check in. So checkin process was slow and not so good. Hotel is clean , amenities worked.

Nice place, lovely staff.

The hotel was in a good location. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and the choice was plentiful. We were upgraded to a suite which was very roomy.
