The property upkeep is very poor. The rooms are not very clean, and there are stains and even mold in some places. I don’t expect a four star service, but cleanliness is very important. Hope the management pays some attention to keeping the property clean for their guests

I stayed in this hotel for last 3 days .Cleanliness is terrible ,it’s equipped with centralized AC and it’s not working properly and it took lot of time to cool room and AC water is leaking all over the floor. Staff is not so supportive and not recommend even though if get a deal .Food is also not at all good ....

A okay experience - could be great!
Publié le 6 nov. 2019 sur HotelsOur stay was okay, could be fantastic though. We requested twin beds as colleagues were sharing rooms, never got any despite putting the request well ahead. The staff kept apologizing that limited number of twin room were distributed on first come first served basis and as we were late, no rooms are available. It was pretty uncomfortable to share a bed with a colleague. Another huge area of improvement is the bathroom. They don't have shower enclosure/curtain, nor can you lock from inside. Again, huge inconvenience if you are sharing a room with a colleague. The room we stayed in, didn't have a good water drainage as well. The whole bathroom got flooded after one person has taken a shower, uncomfortable for the other user. Apart from these two, the stay was fine. Breakfast was good. It was pretty close from the Hyderabad International Convention Center which was our conference venue. Ride sharing services are available. Many restaurants nearby. A bit far from the old city though.
