We reached the hotel at 1 AM and checked in. The person at the front desk was kind and completed our check in quickly and gave us an upgraded room. The hotel is dark dusty and dingy. The “upgraded” room was deplorable to say the least. We found hair and stains on the bed ( don’t even want to wonder what the stains were). Bathroom was disgusting as well. Informed the front desk about this and they said they can’t do anything. Left the property right away!! Expedia has been no help either. Do NOT stay here.

Centrally located spacious room /Good Front desk response/Good Travel desk coordination/ Courteous support staff /Food quality good and tasty /Lift and other ambience good. Understanding of room service requirements of customers to improve very much including language and actual customer requirements /bathroom cleanliness to improve/Old Room phone to be replaced with new including Directory of information which is not legible/Electrical plug points are shaky and to be secured/Internal lighting to improve including fan control Overall stay was good and comfortable

Nothing much great about it , very dull and old building with low maintenance
