The host was very kind. He told us that we could bring friends from iasi to eat with us a breakfast together.
The rooms were clean, every day they change the towels,and clean the room.
The heating in the room was very good.
Private parking and everyone get a self remote to open the gate.
Price was excellent.
For shure we going to be there,and bring our friends to stay with us on the next time

Pour : spacious room, secure ample parking, very clean, very good breakfast
Contre : no hot water when we were there, few repairs of plumbing would have helped
Emplacement : Best if you have your own car -- ensure you have detailed maps to find hotel. Try the Taifas restaurant nearby - excellent.
Very spacious and clean. A little maintenance required as there was no hot water and bathroom had a few issues with leaky shower and missing mirror. Bed very comfortable. Location quiet. Only appropriate location if you have a car as is actually not in Iasi, but south of city - little difficult to navigate hotel depending on which direction you approach Iasi from. Very friendly staff who are helpful and location has ample secure parking. Nice rose garden and balconies. Breakfast was very good. Excellent value.
