I was not allowed to stay and was not informed ahead. I was told on arrival that the facility was being fumigated for COVID and the workers were really arrogant and rude . I was stranded for hours and had to find another hotel

We’re sorry about that, Expedia should be the one to contact you, since we’ve informed them about the closure of our apartment before your arrival. Try to contact them directly as we’ve advised you to do that earlier. Thanks Jaybritt luxury Apartment
