They didnt have a room ready for me so there was an issue in checking in. I dont know if it was the people or the staff but 5 people were served before me which was so rude! Waiting there after 24hrs of travel for the staff to serve others. They were incredibly slow and unorganised. Then the room.... its an apartment with 4 chairs, 3 couches and max people staying of 2. They wouldnt let anyone come to my room - literally kicked them out so what was thw point of getting an apartment. Too cheap to have air con remotes in the room so they had it on 17c and i got so sick which ruined the rest of the holiday. Every time i wanted to change it i had to go down and get someone to come INTO my room. Absolutely rubbish! The place itself was ok but as a self contained unit, there wasnt even a cloth to do the dishes, barely any cutlery, you couldnt cook anything so was a total waste of money. Good location. Crap pool and outdoor, crap/no bar.

I small wall unit air conditioner that worked periodically. Was hot as hell, couldn’t fall asleep. The unit wasn’t very clean as well. Will not be back.

The place is overpriced, the only good thing about it was the location, everything else you can find in a two stars hotel. The room was overused, I even found termites in the bathroom
