A good hotel, rooms are a bit dated.

Hôtel charmant mais pas jusqu’au bout

Hôtel avec un environnement plutôt classe, avec un personnel soigneux, petit déjeuner varié et quantité suffisante. Gros point noir sur le bruit de la ville et des clients de l’hôtel (rentrée tardive en claquant les portes, pas d’isolation phonique) et sur la Salle de bain. Certaines ont été rénovés mais d’autres pas voir mal rénovés (paroi de douche qui tiens mal, qui fuit, éclat de peinture qui tombent dans le bac à douche). Pas de salle de sport comme indiqué c’est plutôt un espace à l’extérieur.

Bon hôtel

Hôtel très bien placé à Sant Antoni, sans pour autant être bruyant car légèrement en retrait des rues principale. Personnel disponible et à l’écoute de nos besoins. Je recommande.

Very clean and adorable hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is great too, close to the beach, many restaurants, and even a 24/7 gas station convenience store. I enjoyed my stay very much overall.

Het hotel zijn ze aan het renoveren, op de 3de etage us het klaar, dat zijn de deluxe-rooms. Ondanks pogingen van het personeel heerste er een sorry voor het woord een enorme strontlucht in de kamer, die niet verholpen kon worden. Dit was niet fijn. Ze zijn ons ook tegemoet gekomen met de prijs, toch het was een teleurstelling. Voor wat betreft entertainment was er savonds niets. Het personeel was vriendelijk daar is ook alles meegezegd Wij hppen dat het hotel na de gehele renovering, beter in staat is om het de gssten ook daadwerkelijk zoals beschreven staat op de sites het waar kan maken. Helaas was er een storing waardoor wij geen TV konden kijken.Helaas was er een

Dear Nelly,Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.We are well aware of the disappointments you report here as we spoke several times together, including meetings with our Hotel owners. First of all, we are sorry to read that you were not able to use the television for some days of your stay. As we explained many times, we experienced a problem with the general antenna and it took us a couple of days to have the external provider come and fix it. Even though this should not happen at all and is a failure in the service we aim to provide, for which we apologized many times, we offered you a discount for the disruption.Furthermore, we would like to state that our Maintenance team was in your room several times to check the inconvenience with the smell you reported. Even though we offered a room move, you refused to do so, stating you wanted to leave earlier. It was also difficult for our staff to enter in the room as you had the do not disturb sign at all time and refused for housekeeping to clean, as you preferred to do it yourself. As a matter of fact, we also would like to report that after your departure the room could not be sold for a couple of days as the smell of cigarettes and tobacco was very strong and we had to make special treatments to make it go away.Lastly, I would like to say that I can certainly empathize with your disappointment with regards to your expectations, however it was very difficult for our staff to offer resolutions as you demanded and accepted only a discount to make it right. That said, we trust that you will certainly understand that we also have to defend our reputation online following your comment, since you mentioned several times you had a hotel of your own. We also have a version of the story where the entire hotel staff treated you and your husband with attention, respect and patience, trying to make it right and listening to your requests at all time.Thank you again and we remain at full disposal in case any further assistance is required.Kind Regards,AlejandraHotel Manager

Wonderful

Hotel was well located easy access to everything. Very cozy. I had an upgrade to a bigger room however the air conditioning was making a sound every 20 sec it was the only thing annoying. Other than that is a beautiful boutique hotel
