Decevant avec rapport qualite prix intéressant
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HotelsAccueil niquel, un hotel plutot bien positionné geographiquement a proximite de la mer et des clubs et boite de nuits, je vais commencer par le negatif: concernant l'hotel les services compris dans l'hotels laissent a desirer avec un all inclusive MOYEN, toutes les boissons ne sont pas comprise dans le service, de plus nous sommes obliger de payer une bouteille d'eau ou autre pour pouvoir se desalterer, ce que je trouve honteux 2.80€ pour 33cl, niveau animation aucune proportion, hormis les demarcheurs de summer rocks qui viennenr vous harceler toute la journee a plusieurs reprises jusqu'a l'enervement, au niveau des chambres, elle sont assez petites mais suffisantes, concernant le repas: il y avais pas mal de choix au niveau des repas seul autre problemes la nourriture tres souvent tiède voir froide ...
Concenant les points positifs, la reactivite de la réception apres les divers problemes rencontré la reception a su reparer les probleme de pression avec la douche, les membres de l'equipe de la réception et du bar sont tres gentils, les coctails qui sont gratuit sont vraiment bon et la nourriture n'es pas mauvaises mais froide...
Bilan plutot decevant de l'hotel 3/5 je suis encore gentil sur la note !

In relation to the all-inclusive YES It includes all drinks: types of tequila (silver and gold), types of rum (silver, gold and coconut), gin, vodka, whisky, vermouth, bitter... soft drinks NOT bottled, tonic and water. Draft beers (with, without alcohol and shandy), wines, sangria, liqueurs (with and without alcohol), coffees, infusions and teas. We also appreciate your kind words for our staff, their kindness and helpfulness being undoubtedly one of our hotel's main assets we will definitely congratulate them all on your behalf for their contribution to your wellbeing whilst staying among us.We hope this does not deter you from staying with us again and look forward to welcoming you back to our hotel in the near future for a more positive experience, as it should be.

food quality was below average, staff’s unfriendly
Publié le 25 mai 2024 sur HotelsWaiting 1 hour to check in coz our room was not ready, my room was clean and comfortable, the hallways were quite the opposite – dirty and unkempt. The food left much to be desired, lacking in quality and flavor. Worse restaurants ever! Additionally, the staff were not friendly or helpful, which was disappointing and detracted from my overall stay. I expected better service and amenities for the price.”
