THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. DONT STAY HERE. First of all this is a 2 star hotel at best. Let’s start with the rooms. They are tiny. The towels are so cheap feeling they don’t even dry you. The pillows are terrible. There’s one type of soap in the shower and it’s disgusting so if you do stay here bring soap. They charge so much for the lowest quality service and experience. ALSO! DONT LEAVE STUFF IN LUGGAGE ROOM! Two pairs of my shoes were stolen from there and the staff didn’t help to find it, didn’t seem to care, and I suspect they were the ones who took it. They have no security for the luggage room when so many valuables are left there. The food here is disgusting and place is overall gross. Adults only place but there’s a 11pm bedtime in Ibiza. Joke of a place. 0/10. Stay anywhere else. You will find better for a better price. Ew I’m honestly disgusted.

We would have liked to know about them during your stay, to have had a record of them, to have had the opportunity to address them and to have been in time to check with you if everything was sorted out.With regard to the trainers left overnight in our luggage room, as we explained to you, we were not even aware that they were there. That does not make us any less regretful that they are missing. Not a four star… all inclusive is an option but they don’t tell you until after check in. Food is mediocre. I’d stay elsewhere.

It was terrible. I am so disappointed about it, I don’t recommend it to young people especially. The only only good thing was the Chef Cheikh and Mister Saleck that made our trip better by taking good care of us by their professionalism and their welcoming attitude. The other staffs were rude and not friendly. The room that we had was terrible extremely small (not like the pictures) but it was cleaned regularly. The room really shocked us. The place of the hotel is really far from everything we had to rent a car because we didnt wan’t to stay too much at the hotel because it’s too small and we were not comfortable from the looks of other clients : since we were young and different than the other clients (we were not white). I’m so disappointed I was not expecting this experience. Also, the food was not good and not adjustable to everybody.

We are sorry that your stay was so unpleasant.
When it comes to being away from it all, as you'll understand we can't help on that.
The room that you had, 20 m2 and a terrace of 4.5 m2 and this is close to the average in Europe for a double room and is the one that you see in the pictures.
Regarding feeling different, we are deeply sorry that you felt this way, and I apologize on behalf of all the staff if at any time the attitude or behavior of any of them may have been offensive. I can assure you that the complaints received in this hotel for this concept in the last 10 years have been really few or close to none.
All in all, we are sorry for your disappointment and I hope that your bad experience does not make you desist from visiting Ibiza again.
