Publié le 21 août 2024 sur HotelsElevator broken. No sign on elevator to alert of issue. Ice maker did not work. No help from front desk staff despite me telling them that my husband was having knee surgery in 2 weeks and we needed help. Very upsetting. The front desk clerk stated that she would "make some notes."

GREAT STAY

Have stayed here in the past and have always enjoyed the employees as they are very cordial, friendly and willing to help

Fantastic walking distance to many restaurants and pubs.
Great breakfast and love the older lady that runs breakfast. So sweet. Great jokes!!!

Dont know if someone died in the room above us or if someone was having sundowners disease, but they were stomping and running vacuums at all hours of the night. Otherwise clean and nice

Room was a nice size. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very plentiful.
