The room was nice. It was clean and comfortable. The room had a view of the river behind it. Great hotel, I’d go back and would recommend it to my friends.

The room was great but to get there you have to walk through a lobby and hallways that have such a strong odor that it doesn't actually feel safe to breathe the air. What was the odor? It smelled like an overwhelming amount of the Wal-Mart version of Febreze exploded in the building in an effort to cover up some other smell - the combination of which forced us to hold our breath while walking through the hallways. It was bad. If you can find another place that doesn't force you to hold your breath, go there.

Hello Ken,I am looking into what the issue was that happened before you walked into the lobby. I am so sorry you experienced this. Something like that will steer anyone away and ruin the opinion of the rest of the hotel experience. I am glad you enjoyed the room. I hope you give us another try so you can see that this was not a normal situation. I appreciate you choosing to stay with us.

Very clean and well stocked room. Location is terrible, mainly because of the construction and limited parking.

Hello Jason,I appreciate your feedback on the room you stayed in. Usually, our location on the river and close to downtown is a superb area for travelers. Unfortunately, it gets overlooked when the city has construction happening on the main bridge. I feel the same way about the inconvenience. I hope you get a chance to stay again when the construction cones don't interrupt your travel plans.

I am going to assume the noise you experienced during your stay was related to the construction happening on the bridge by the hotel. It can be frustrating when you are trying to get some relaxation. My room was next to the gym. And the wall between my room and the gym had free weightsand somebody in the morning was dropping those weights for an hour and a 1/2 so I couldn't sleep
