Pathetic stay

Worst experience on road trip. Worst bedding. Pull out bed was worst to sleep on as we had no choice. Could feel the springs on the back. Can’t even take a turn and the noise of springs. Terrible pocket door in the washroom. Couldn’t close all the way and if you did, could break your fingers. Complained to front desk but nothing happened. Pathetic service all around for the money they charge for one night stay. Never staying there again.

I think the pool had too much chlorine please check levels. Everything else was amazing. We will definitely stay again.

Liked the breakfast, size of rooms, full kitchen. Didn’t like cobwebs, more geared towards business travelers than a family trip.

Spacious and comfortable room with calm, bright decor. The personlized welcome message on the TV was nice. Sorely missed a paper and pen. But luckily found some tissues to write on.
