Front desk was excellent. Property was terrible. 1st room given to us, door did not work. 2nd room= door bolt broken, mold in bathroom, towels smelled like smoke, tv voice was not in sync and noise from upper unit kept us awake. Walls are thin. 3rd room= bed was not secure to floor, on rollers and i about fell when i went to sit on it and it rolled. 1.5 inch gap at bottom of door. Patrons b

Awful
Publié le 2 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe room was awful and offered to clean it myself but they didnt have a vacuum, only a swiffer covered in animal hair. Didn't even stay as it was so bad. Booked for 2 nights and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone to try to get a cancelation or refund. This place should be condemned and tore down.

Our room was nice, but the exterior was literally falling apart. There was an event across from our room, very loud and had to request to stay with their sister site, comfort inn, which was perfect!

The motel lobby was closed for renovations so we checked in next door at the suites. No problem really.

Booked for a quick stop over on a road trip and when we got to our room the door was open not locked or even shut so we checked to see if others were in it. It was empty but the floor was gross has dust and dirt all over and food chunks under the desk area. Stain on the blanket of one bed so we pulled it off and slept with no blanket.
