Great clean room. Very modern and new. We were very impressed! Great breakfast buffet too!

First off - hotels.com travelers beware... they will place you in a lessor room and say that it's your fault because you booked through a 3rd party... Not sure how hotels.com feels about that. The room design is TERRIBLE. If you are a couple... the giant door to the bathroom is frosted glass and directly in front of the king bed... so if you or your partner get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night... surprised the room is now daylight!!! Also - we heard that they have economy refrigerators in the rooms... that only stay on for 2 hours... (yep, hard to believe they even make a frig like that.). Lastly - this is not a proper suites hotel for extended stays... not sure what's with the name....

I am so sorry that your stay with us did not live up to expectations. It appears that several things were miscommunicated during time with us and for that I want to offer my sincerest apology. The refrigerators are equipped with a 2 hour power function after which they will return to regular cooling operations. I am also very sorry that the room design did not suite your needs. We are not considered an extended stay hotel, but the term suite refers to the fact that our rooms are 25% larger than the average hotel room. Again I am so sorry for your experience at our hotel and for the miscommunication that contributed to the poor experience. We will certainly do our best to review some of the verbiage with our staff to avoid miscommunication in the future.

Excellent hotel, worth the money spent, impressed. Great breakfast. After this hotel, booked at another springhill suites and it didn't disappoint as well. Will always look for springhill suites going forward.
