Cadre exceptionnel mais pas toujours facile d’accès du fait de travaux routier.... restaurant dans le jardin avec un dîner animé par un trio à cordes!!!! Excellente cuisine et remarquable sommelier
Petit dej exceptionnel avec des produits frais locaux...un jambon de montagne à tomber par terre!!!!!
A recommander sans modération et une très belle étape entre Ljubjana et l’italie Par exemple

What an awesome place to stay - the staff were incredible, the dinner was beyond superb and the room was gorgeous!

The staff at this hotel were nothing short of amazing! We were pampered from the time we arrived until the time we left. The restaurant was superb. The food was spectacular! Even breakfast was top notch. If you are looking for a place to stay in the area, this is it!

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem historischen Gebäude, dementsprechend kleine und dunkle Zimmer, kein Aufzug.
Unsere Bitte nach einer 2. Bettdecke wurde abgelehnt, obwohl nur wenige weitere Gäste anwesend waren, es doch wohl aus anderen Zimmern eine Bettdecke hätte geben können.
Das Restaurant bietet Mini-Portionen zu einem überhöhten Preis.
Diese Hotel ist m.A. nach nicht zu empfehlen!

We are very sorry. that your guests are very disappointed when visiting our hotel. Kenda's manor is a renovated monument-protected building, and therefore we did not have the option of larger windows and an elevator.About the blanket. After dinner, the desire for separately made beds and uniform blankets was expressed. I personally explained to them that we do not have single blankets because all the beds in the hotel are "Double" and we do not have smaller blankets available. nevertheless, our maid made the bed with extra blankets, but they are not the same shape and color as the original blankets. The lady complained about the different colors and I again explained to her that we don't have the same smaller blankets.About dinner. We have two 5-course menus available every evening. Each guest can choose whatever they want. Said guests chose one warm appetizer and one main course. so he notices that the portions are small and too expensive is not true. The entire 5-course menu costs 76 per person, which is not an excessive price for a Relais & Chateaux 5-star hotel. The guests paid 46 for two plates (warm appetizer 18 and main course 28).Hoping for your understanding, we warmly welcome you.

We checked in at 11 PM for one night and the following morning during the breakfast time , one of the ladies in the restaurant approached us to ask us to leave the room even though we were with a two months old baby girl. For this price , let the guests finish their meal before asking them to leave.

Dear Sirs.We are very sorry that we didn't offer you a nice stay in Kendov dvorec. We would just like to add our part of the story. We offer brekafast from 8.00 till 10.00 o'clock. Check-out time is till 11.00 o'clock. This is written in front of the entrance to the breakfast room and also we explain individualy to every guest. You join us to breakfast a few minutes before 10.00. Our staff served correctly everything you ordered. Than you moved to our garden and at 11.45 our lady came to ask if they would like to stay additional night. Guests refused this and they asked till when they can stay in the room. we answerd till 11.00, because room was occupied this following day, and our cleaning team needs some time to prepare a room. After all the bill for the dinner, which we served them at 23.15 previous night, was made at 12.23 hour. 1 hour and a half after check-out time. We don't fell that we pushed them out, but we have to prepare hotel room for next guests.Best regards.Gregor KosmačHotel Manager
