Oh my God, I was going to have a heartattack!

Upon arrival I was told that they did not have a reservation for me. When I pulled up the confirmation from Hotels.com, they told me there has been a problem with the site not forwarding reservations to them. My room rate at Hotels.com was $149 and the best they could do for me was $180. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told one was not available. The front desk employee kept alluding that this was an issue with the 3rd party site and there was nothing she could do about it. It seemed like I was being blamed for using Hotels.com to book the reservation. After the check in, things went pretty well.

There were two fire alarms that went off in the middle of the night. Vacated the room, not a single employee was present. Not an employee seen outside giving directions where we should meet. Maybe around 40 people that vacated, all standing in front of the facility. Went to steakhouse for dinner, had to sit in the bar to eat since they were booked that night. The bartender was extremely rude, not attentive to anyone. Shooting dirty looks and eye rolling at anyone with a question. I ordered a margarita, just a house flavor. It tasted like gasoline and very tart. When I brought this to her attention, she looked me and replied 'That we serve them like this'. Not a single ounce of compassion. I ordered a Pepsi, which the first one was great. I finished my meal, no mention of ' Can I get you a refill?' She asked me about a refill when she dropped off the check. When I received it was straight carbonation. I brought this to her attention as well and she said she would let the manager know. By then I was super disappointed that I spent 150.00 and was serviced and treated horribly. The entire 2 hours we were there there no more than 7 people to serve. My husband and I take day trips every other weekend and stay 1 to 2 nights in a hotel. I will never return to this facility

They are blaming their new system on not receiving our expedia booking! They didn't honor Expedia's price. We paid $89 more because they didn't have our reservation. Once we got to the room, the room was fine but no hot water just a tab warm. And no food after 10pm and small town so we were SOL for food at night. The casino and bowling were fun. Also the manager was rude. Unfortunately I don’t recommend this hotel.

The room was great, clean inviting and comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious. Food was cold and not all items ordered were served. My family and I ate out after that last meal. The gift shop had issues with system, I was not able to buy T-shirts and gifts for family and friends.
