The staff at this facility were A . They made us feel at home and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable

They serve the food cold.
Serve hot drinks with cool warm water, how to meet x your coffee or Milo when the water is not hot enough.
Ask sauce for the food they serve but already consumed the food not even arrive the sauce and not been serve at all.
Need to improve the service especially food serving

We were checked into a room with a broken hot water heater, the staff knew and laughed about it when we complained, “ oh we know”. The noise from the function Hall was terrible and we were told no to all suggestions to deal with it. The room was dirty and the towels, mat and sheets were stained. I was told scrambled eggs were unavailable for breakfast, only sunny side up was available? Makes no sense unless the scrambled egg chef had a day off! Terrible motel, not even a hotel, will never spend money here again.

Comfy beds
Publié le 4 nov. 2018 sur HotelsOur room premier with 2 beds is very affordable shared by 4 adults with no extra pay and also includes free breakfast for all of us.It's clean and we'll lighted too. We had a nice and comfortable stay. Will surely avail next time we visit ilagan.

Excellent hotel personnel and service
though the breakfast is not that good and there's no security guard present when we were there.

The staff are excellent, attentive and friendly. The check in and check out process was handled efficiently.

Hot water in room was not working well... rooms are big.. loctaed beside the mall.
