The air-condition wasn't working but they got it fixed right away. They also provided extra bed for the extra person. Nice staff

Could have been so much better
Publié le 19 avr. 2020 sur HotelsWe had booked a room overlooking the garden. Although not much of garden, it was nice, and quiet. About an hour after checking in, they told us we had to move to another room. Someone else had booked that room. Even though we had a booking confirmation. They said they would put us in a larger room no extra charge. What they didn't tell us, was that the other room overlooked the main street. the patio door did not close properly, which made the 2nd room quite noisy. they also failed to tell us that the 2nd room had no wifi.

Please know that we take our guest's feedback seriously. We sincerely apologise for our shortcomings, these didn't let us give you the best impression.
To explain the situation better, there was a postponed event that got moved to the dates that you have booked. The rooms were reserved and paid so the only option we had was to move either you or the other guest. We have decided to give you the bigger room for the reason that we thought you deserve a better space - considering that the situation is already quite inconvenient for you and your wife - without thoroughly thinking about the cons of it.
Once again, we sincerely apologise for this. We really appreciate that you brought these ideas up. These will definitely help us make a better decision when we're caught up with the similar situation.
