The apartment is on the 3rd floor with lovely views. There is no lift.
Bedroom one with double bed, bedside drawers, wardrobe and drawer set. Bedroom two has twin beds with central bedside cabinet, wardrobe and two drawer sets. Each bedroom has a hair dryer.

One fitted bathroom with integral bath and shower, toilet, basin, bathroom cabinet & shelf. Shower gel and hand wash are provided.

Electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/icebox, toaster, kettle and slow cooker. Well equipped with crockery/equipment 'for eight' & basic condiments. Cleaning cloths & liquids provided.

The lounge has 2 sofas, a nest of 3 tables, a free-view tv, DVD player with lamps to give 'mood lighting'!

The dining area has a table with 4 chairs & a sideboard offers some additional storage.

All linen & towels are provided within the apartment. Please provide your own beach towels. Access to washing machines on floor 2. Wash cost £4 Drying £2.
Apartment has an iron, ironing board & drying rack if needed.

The kitchen area is well equipped & has a dishwasher.
Access to the balcony is from the lounge.
The balcony has table & seats to relax with a drink or snack while enjoying the views of sea & promenade and watching passers by.
Short walks to the town or historical harbour with quaint shops, bars and restaurants including the famous Damien Hirst's 'No 11 Restaurant'!
Below the apartments is the very popular 'Giovanni & Luca Italian Restaurant' with sensible prices & lovely atmosphere. Don't miss it!
Opposite the apartments is a 'Crazy Golf' feature for you to play or just watch the fun! Talk a short walk to the harbour for a trip to Lundy Island, deep sea fishing or watch the comings & goings, with an ice cream or fish & chips!
The other direction is the Landmark Theatre and beyond, beautiful gardens, cliff walk & famous Tunnel Beaches.
Close to beaches and only 20 mins drive from surfing heaven in Woolacombe & Croyde. There is also golf & horse-riding nearby and the Tarka Trail for more energetic walking & cycling.
There is no dedicated parking but car parks are close & permits can be obtained through the Tourist Information.

Bookings are now flexible to include short breaks of 3 nights minimum.
Arrival time is usually between 3pm & 5pm and departure is 10:00am although this may be flexible when discussed with our Housekeeper.

Notes on prices:

Great place
It was our 3rd stay here. It’s a great little place with everything you need though the oven lacks numbers on the dials which is a bit awkward. There are a lot of stairs and they are a bit uneven so be careful if not too steady on your feet. The communal areas could do with an upgrade but the flat itself is very nicely decorated with a great balcony and view.

Great stay, great location!
We booked this property as we were visiting for a wedding, we needed somewhere to stay mid week for 3 nights. We assumed this would be hard to find in Devon during the summer holidays and it would be extremely expensive, but we were so pleased with the affordable prices, location and allocation for mid week stays (Wednesday - Saturday). The accommodation was within an old building but that didn’t bother us. The property was quite small but we only stayed there in the evening as we were out during the day. Pre-booking taxis is a must if you have places to be / pickups but Loretta was helpful with all this information. We were welcomed with tea/coffee/milk/biscuits, which was really lovely as we arrived quite late. The Wetherspoons opposite was lovely! Had a great roof terrace! Would definitely come back! Thank you Loretta!

Location, Location, Location
This apartment was perfect for my family of four. Right in the center of everything we could ask for. Shops, Restaurants, Cafes and Pubs on your doorstep and a lot of these places could be seen directly from the lovely balcony. Those 52 steps to the top floor are well worth it. I would highly recommend this apartment as many already have. Everything was as described with no issues whatsoever. Communication with the owners was prompt and all our questions were answered. This perfect apartment will stay on my list. We shall return for sure.

Excellent location and facilities
We stayed for a weekend break away with our 2 and a half year old grandson. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. When booking the apartment you need to bear in mind it is on the 3rd floor with no lift and there are alot of stairs to climb so you need to have a good level of fitness. One criticism is that we struggled to get hold of the local contact for the property via phone call or message to obtain key codes and Loretta had to come to our rescue and this did cause some unnecessary stress and maybe a rethink in this area would be useful. The property has stunning views and is an ideal location to explore the area. My grandson enjoyed our trip to the Watermouth Family Theme Park and Castle and we would recommend this very reasonably priced attraction. We would definitely rebook when returning to North Devon.

Lovely accommodation in a perfect area
We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was spotless. The view from the apartment and balcony was lovely and it was great to have everything on our doorstep. The kid's beds hadn't been made up, but I texted the house keeper who was lovely and popped by within half an hour to sort them. It is up three large flights of stairs, which was pretty heavy going when we arrived/ left, but this was the second stop on our journey and we had packed a load we didn't need - we'd cut this down if we visit again. The trade off for this is the amazing view, so it was worth it. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!
We enjoyed a fantastic stay at Sea Rock, the flat was located perfectly for exploring the area. Communication from the host was brilliant and the flat had everything we needed. Despite the unsettled weather we made the most of the crazy golf, beautiful Rapparee Cove and walks around the harbour. Some fantastic places to eat were also very close with a fun evening at the local theatre too! We hope to return, thank you.

Comfy well equipped flat
The flat was well equipped and very comfortable for two. It is in a good location for walking around Ilfracombe. It has things like washing up liquid, salt, pepper, oil, cling film, etc which means you don’t have to bring these with you. There is also some tea, coffee, and sugar and the owner leaves some milk and biscuits so you can have a cuppa when you first arrive. That was very much appreciated! The Italian restaurant round the corner does very good food. Wi-Fi works well. All in all, the flat was ideal for us for a short stay.

Perfect location!
We had the best 9 nights here. The apartment is located in the most perfect location, on the top floor, looking out onto Ilfracombe with stunning sea views. Ideal for people watching! Arcades, fish and chips, ice creams, mini golf, coffee and restaurants more on less on your door step (the Italians literally is😂). The apartment was spacious and clean with a lovely new bathroom. Everything you could need and more was thought about. We really were so lucky to drop on this a few weeks before arrival! Thanks for a fab stay!

What a fab location! Right in the middle of Ilfracombe. Easy walk to the statue of Verity and equally short walk to the Tunnel beaches in the other direction. Right by the crazy golf which we all loved and great view from the hill just in front of the sunset. We had a fab stay. Great for families!

Perfect base in a beautiful place
Sea Rock Apartment 8 was the perfect place to call home for our 3-night stay in this beautiful part of North Devon. It could not be located any better to enjoy all that Ilfracombe has to offer. Apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and very fairly priced (I kid you not we looked elsewhere in the country and for the same number of nights and price all we could get was a motor home on someone’s drive!). Lots of people mention the stairs, but the listing is honest enough to bring this to attention so came as no surprise and even after a hefty walk to hele beach and back they were not an issue. The information pack sent was very helpful and led to us sorting out parking before we arrived meaning we could park in selected car parks for just £15 for all four days. We parked in the car park opposite for 20 mins whilst we unloaded the car which led to us being issued a PCN so just be wary that this car park is ANPR controlled (100% our fault and the information pack even stated to park on the road whilst unloading). Don’t make the same mistake (or pay!). It was lovely and sunny whilst we were there, and the balcony is quite the sun trap - very nice to watch the sun set with a glass of wine. We will be returning to Ilfracombe at some point, and we would not hesitate in booking Sea Rock Apartment again. Thanks

Great seaside minibreak
We had a lovely 3 night stay at the apartment. The balcony is a real sun trap in the afternoon and great for sunsets, the kitchen well-equipped, thoughtful welcome pack. The apartment is close to plenty of places to eat close by. The harbour is great for crabbing. Lots of boat trip options. Would recommend for a family break.
