Clean, quiet comfortable room with recent refurbishments. Exceptional breakfast. Pleasant walk into town through a garden.

The room was very clean, beds were good, shower excellent along with a wounderful breakfast all at a very good price.

One of the nicest B and Bs we have ever stayed in. Very friendly and approachable host. Clean and comfortable room, recently decorated. Amazing breakfast - huge fresh fruit salad, well-cooked and tasty full English, lots of choice. Very good value - Lynne should charge more!
