Staff were so friendly, helpful and efficient. Bed was comfy and clean. Breakfast great and very good for price. Lots of options. Great stay. No complaints.

Overall good stay, good staff. Room was clean, water pressure in room not brilliant. Would stay again for location and price paid.

We tried to check in at the hotel only to be told they had no booking for us as the room had been cancelled, following a slight debate and showing proof of booking and payment they eventually accepted our booking. However we were down graded to a twin room with 2 single beds. We were very disappointed with the room as the carpets were dirty and stained and the square toilet had a round toilet seat that was badly fitted. We made the most of our stay by spending as little time in the hotel as possible as due to it being bank holiday weekend we were not left with many other options. On a brighter note Breakfast was reasonable and the waiting staff were fantastic.

Central to Ilfracombe

Large hotel doing B&B at a reasonable price. Very central to Ilfracombe with easy walking to Tunnel Beaches and the Harbour. Very few parking facilities but Jubilee Gardens car park is close by - busy in summer. The room, facing the street, was in fact very quiet.

Excellent check in Friday night The bed was uncomfortable while checking out Saturday morning the man and lady on the front desk were extremely rude talking about me while I was looking at the things to do in the area stand I will not return

Booked as a last minute stop off, really friendly staff, breakfast was lovely, overall though the hotel is a bit tired but for the price more than acceptable. I would stay again as a single guest

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Staff at breakfast not so good. No spoon to stir coffee, no separate knife for butter and as it was our first stay we had to ask what to do.
