THIS ISNT ILFRACOMBE Definitely not worth £100,
Publié le 1 sept. 2020 sur Hotels1st thing this isnt in Ilfracombe its combe martin which had hardly anything in it, so very misleading on hotels.com, ok, it was just a nights stop to break the trip up, wish we had knew it was a carvery as even though we was stopping there they was fully booked and couldnt fit us in, which i thought was bad service because surely they could of called us to offer us this knowing we was staying there the night, instead we had to go looking for food elsewhere and in combe martin there isnt much else, so had to travel down the Road nearer to Ilfracombe to get some food, might be something the hotel could add as a service so people know when booking

Hi Neil, we are very sorry that the Hotels.com site misled you to our address. This is unbeknown to us so we will follow this up but as we are a village our legal postal address does come under Ilfracombe along with Berrynarbour and other surrounding villages. As to being fully booked for Sunday carvery we apologise but we cannot tell how many people book each week. Alot of our residents book tables at the same time as their rooms and as our breakfast is included in the B&B price not everyone eats with us every night. We will look into adding a note to booking sites to remind the minority of people to book tables. A lot of people visit, and return to Combe Martin for its beauty amongst other things. We are not famous for our night life or city style amenities so maybe something more town/city based would suit you better next time.
